Overview
Hulpdiensten Helper is a fully Dutch-language Discord bot for FiveM emergency-services communities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Servers set up their own law book, and /straf calculates fines, jail time, community service and licence suspensions in one go. Ticket panels with private transcripts, shift rosters, absence requests, activity statistics, moderation with case numbers, server logs and reaction roles complete the toolkit — every module switched on or off per server from a web dashboard with Discord login, a live embed builder and an audit log.
What it does
Penalty calculation
Each server sets up its own law book with articles, severities, first and repeat offences and penalty modifiers. Officers pick the offences and /straf adds up fines, jail time, community service and licence suspensions, then posts the result neatly in Discord.
Tickets
Ticket panels with categories and claiming, plus a transcript on close that only the right people can read.
Rosters & absence
Shifts planned per unit, with a shareable link for members without dashboard access. Absence requests are approved in one place and the absence role switches on and off automatically.
Statistics
Messages and voice minutes per member, a statistics card rendered as an image in Discord, and a list of inactive members.
Moderation & server logs
Warnings, time-outs, kicks and temporary bans with case numbers and a moderation log. Edited and deleted messages, joins, roles, channels and voice activity each log to their own channel.
Web dashboard
Sign in with Discord and manage everything without typing a command: switch modules on or off, build embeds and messages with a live preview, decide per module who may change what — every change is recorded in the audit log.
Privacy first
No message content is stored except in transcripts of closed tickets, all server data is deleted 30 days after the bot is removed, and the bot never asks for Administrator permissions.
